Emmanuel Alvarez '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Emmanuel Alvarez and I am a 2023 graduate. I have been playing soccer for about 9 years now, and I have sacrificed and dedicated many things throughout my life to make sure I reach my highest potential in this sport. My goal   has always been to reach the professional level and will continue to fight and work hard to reach it. I have mostly played center back throughout my soccer career but I have experienced and played in other positions like center defensive mid.

Most importantly I am a student before an athlete and I will make sure everything is good academically before I can step onto the field. I want to major in kinesiology and minor in biology or exercise science In order to become a physical therapist.

Throughout my life, I have developed self discipline and time management playing this sport. It allowed me to become a better person in and out of the classroom.
