Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Aubrey Camacho.

My collegiate goal for soccer is to win a national title, as well as to thrive academically throughout my college experience. I know I would be a great fit for a college team because I have a great positive attitude and will always work hard for the team and for my own personal goals on and off the field.  I believe I'm different from other athletes because I  have a character outside what a lot of teenagers nowadays think is "acceptable".  I have a good positive mindset and I am driven to get what I want.  

I have an above-average mile time of 5:04 and a 40-yard dash with a time of 4.5 sec. I have the privilege to be part of a club team that has been a part of exclusive invite-only tournaments, such as the Nationals Cup in Denver in the summer of 2021, and 2nd place in the ESPN Disney Showcase winter of 2021.  

I've averaged a 3.5+ GPA throughout high school succeeding in dual credit college classes and advanced classes. I've always been responsible on and off the field.
