Anthony Merida '20 Recruiting Profile

I've always dreamed of playing soccer at a high level, and that dream hasn't gone away. I have the desire to always do well for my team and personally. I have had strong obstacles, like hip surgery, in my way, but I am proud to still be playing competitively while still improving. I am also proud to be able to maintain my grades at a high score. I believe playing at a high level with Bethesda South has helped me as I got to learn from many great players and gain experience from competitions like National League and Dallas Cup. I think my desire to do well has helped me in both soccer and academics. I will always look to improve and learn from mistakes.
