My name is Jack Anderson and I play for Virginia Rush. Ever since I started playing soccer I have had a strong competitive urge to do whatever it takes to win. Thus I work extremely hard on and off the field to get the very best out of myself each and every day. My obsession with improvement in this game has allowed me to become the disciplined, determined person that I am today. A strong trait of mine is being open and accepting of criticism so I can use it to benefit my game. My competitive spirit and enthusiasm for soccer have also led me to be a leader, encouraging and helping all my teammates around me to improve and excel every day. I understand the dedication and commitment that is required to play at the collegiate level and I assure you that I am up to the task. My goals are to compete at a high level of college soccer, receive a degree in Entreprenurial Studies, and hopefully play at the professional level.
