Colin Penn '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a senior at Carlisle School in Martinsville, Virginia. I am interested in majoring in Economics with Computer Science as a minor.  I have proudly signed with H-SC Tigers for 2016-17. 

My primary position is defensive center midfielder, center midfielder, back up left/right defender for Carlisle School - Chiefs and URYSA Revolution. I also play outside wing.  I play where I am needed to the best of my ability.  I am the captain for the Varsity Carlisle team. Formerly, my position was defensive midfielder (stopper) and left back for Martinsville High School varsity soccer team and PYSL Premier Hurricanes, respectively. I provide a strong level of defensive skills, speed, agility, endurance and coachability. I receive ongoing personal training to take my overall game to the next level.   During the winter, I play for Greensboro United/Soccer OP Varsity indoor team.  Currently, I am playing with URYSA Revolution for the Summer Season, a series of tournaments, and working with the Henry County Public Schools as an Intern.

My GPA is 3.95out of 4.0 and I take pride in my academic performance, in addition to athletic accomplishments.  I take AP classes as well as dual enrollment through the local college.
