Kai Genieser '24 Recruiting Profile

Firstly, thank you coach for taking the time to click on my profile and to learn more about me. 

I was always a hyper kid growing up, so it's a blessing that I stumbled across this wonderful sport at three years old, and ultimately my position as a goalkeeper at eight. At thirteen, I decided that I wanted to take this passion of mine more seriously, and made the move to a more competitive team. Since then, I have been the starting goalkeeper for VA Union's (formerly McLean) ECNL team. I was also the goalkeeper for my high school's varsity team as a freshman, the only one in the starting lineup. Throughout my soccer career as well as in life, my goal has been and always will be to become a better version of myself; that’s the motto I try to follow both as a player, and as a person. 

I look forward to continuing the journey at the next level in college.
