John Dean '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, 

My name is John and I've played soccer since I was 5 years old.  I love the competition game provides!  Currently, I play for BAC academy (Burke Athletic Club) and Trinity Christian High School.  I enjoy playing defense, especially outside back, and started as a freshman for my high school varsity team and voted as captain for my club team.   Soccer is my life and outside of school I spend my time at practice and games.  Dedication is important to me and I enjoy practice as much, if not more, than games.  Being a team player is also important to me because team chemistry is a key factor in having success on the pitch.  

Trinity Christian School is a National Blue Ribbon Award winner.  I approach school the same as soccer with dedication to maintain my grades across all classes.   The science curriculums have always interested me the most.   I understand the importance of an education and that helps me appreciate the brief time I have to enjoy the game of soccer.
