Yusuf Lashin '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Yusuf Lashin, and I’m a left-footed defender playing for the NVA 2009 ECNL boys academy team. I’m in the Class of 2027 at Oakton High School. I have experience playing internationally in Spain and Egypt. As team captain, I posses strong skills in teamwork and leadership. I play left outside back and have the ability to be versatile on the field, including playing as an inverted outside back and winger. I am composed under pressure and make my defensive presence known in the back line. I contribute to my team's offense with long balls, fast runs through the midfield and breaking lines centrally to push our forward attack. I am a disciplined honors student with a strong passion for soccer and I aspire to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level.
