PRIMARY POSITION AT MIC CUP: ST SECONDARY POSITION AT MIC CUP: LF COMMENTS: Ollie showed maturity and quality throughout the tournament. Off the field he was respectful, professional and took his business seriously. ON the field he brought a ton of energy, passion and willingness to compete. He has a fantastic attacking ability looking to play forwards and get in behind the opponent, but also understanding when to lay the ball off and combine with teammates. KEY AREAS OF STRENGTH: ● A powerful player with physical traits to hold up play and uses his body to win 1v1 battles. ● A solid understanding of how to create and score goals in and around the box in a variety of ways. ● Good ball striking ability. Oli can finish from a variety of distances with power and finesse. KEY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: ● Work on controlling and finishing balls out of the air. Ollie has the physical traits to be dominant out of this air and this can be a key strength for him as an attacking player. ● Work of the timing of defensive pressing moments in the front. Get organized positionally and read cues to pressure the opponent, avoiding unnecessary running. Work smart defensively
