Evan Urso '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Evan Urso.  I am currently a senior from Brooke High School in Wellsburg, WV.  From the moment I stepped on the soccer field at the age of 4 years old,  I knew this was my home.  I have the determination and work ethic to achieve my soccer goals at every level I played in.  I have always played at a higher age level to maximize my competition.  It has always made me work harder, stronger and smarter.  My stronger positions are forward and midfield but I am a team player and have experience and ability to be used at any position that is needed.  I'm very coachable and respectful to everyone involved on and off the field.  This is a team sport and I work 100% all the time.  I also rely on the other ten people on the field as well as the bench.  That gives the team the best chance to win whenever everyone plays their part as one.  I know I would be a valuable asset at the collegiate level.

The same determination I have on the soccer field, I have in my academics.  I am enrolled in all Honors classes or College courses.  I like the faster pace learning and the challenge in the classroom.  I want to learn everything I can.  I am on the Principle's Honor Roll, my strongest subject is Math.  My plan is to study computers in college where I know I will make a mark in the world.

Whatever college I attend will be getting the full athletic/academic package.  I know what I want and I will put in the work and do everything possible to achieve it.  I have a great head on my shoulders and I know with a leader that believes in me, we can accomplish great things together.
