I have played soccer my entire life and it has taught me many lessons along the way both on and off the field. Through the last couple of years I have encountered a lot of highs and lows while playing soccer, in turn these scenarios have helped to teach me many lessons. For example, I learned about staying humble and never becoming complacent during my freshman year. During my sophomore year these newfound lessons helped push me to train diligently on my own and improve my skills. Which in turn made me a way better player and showed me that there are huge benefits to always working hard. Now in my junior year I am just trying to focus on applying these principles in order to become the best soccer player I can possibly be.
It has been my dream for sometime now to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level. I feel that I have so much more to offer and attain both as an athlete and a student. I have seen my parents work hard every day and carry on when things are not easy, that has played a very big part in who I am. I hope you will consider me as an addition to your program. Thank you for taking the time to read about me.
