Alex Schillinger '18 Recruiting Profile

As someone who has always been the underdog, I have had to fight my way to where I am now through hard work and dedication. I have never been one to give up, and I don't plan on it any time soon. No matter where I go I plan on giving that team everything I can to make myself and the program the best it can be.  As someone of, frankly, shorter stature, swimming has never been a talent-reliant sport for me. I have put in tireless hours and and willing to put in as many as it takes to get to the top.  Although I have made great progress recently, this does not mean I am anywhere near the end of my upward climb. I still plan on working even harder to accomplish my goals of swimming at one of the top schools in any division so that I can realize my dreams of swimming in an NCAA championship.
