I am an eighteen-year-old who has the honour of swimming under a Great South African Coach (Peter Williams). I am contacting you to achieve my goal to become a professional swimmer. Your consideration and assistance in accepting me as a team member into your 2022 swim squad would be highly appreciated.

The past nine years of competitive swimming have taught me that the opportunities are endless and getting an opportunity to study and swim as part of a team in the USA will be an astonishing achievement for my swimming career. I recently graduated from SBSM Independent school where I was fortunate enough to learn my most valuable lesson “Teamwork makes the dream work”. This lesson is extremely important and meaningful to me as it shows me what can be achieved with a team. It would be a true privilege and honour to be part of a dedicated and hard-working team. I would be a great asset to a team which contains hard work, dedication, spirit and most importantly fun.

In 2017 I was fortunate to be a part of a great swimming team (Waterborn swimming club). I have seen my times in the pool improve drastically thanks to the coaching level and mainly because of the motivation of my teammates Your consideration of my swimming and academic profiles will be humbly appreciated as I am keen to explore any possibility of joining your swimming team in the fall of 2022.
