Hello my name is Josh Sprowls and I have been swimming competitively for about two and a half years. Before swimming I had played baseball most my life and I was very competitive in that but when I started swimming I liked it a lot more. One thing that I learned through baseball and school is that if you want to get better you have to have a good work ethic. I have taken that into swimming and school and I always am trying to get better. I swim all year long and I swim both high school and club. For my high school team I am a swim team captain, a four time state medalist, and I was the most improved swimmer on the team my sophomore year. For club swimming I have improved a lot because of my coaches and me trying to make as many practices as I can. In school wise, my grades are really good because I put in just as many hours studying to do work as I spend working out. I have a 3.813 gpa and I take honors and AP classes. I want to for sure go into something in the health field and as I right now I am really considering physical therapy or athletic training. Thank you for your time.
