Timothy Kyle Smith '23 Recruiting Profile

I’m a very determined student athlete and I enjoy learning new things. I take time management very seriously in order to keep my academics on point while focusing on my swim career. I attended Arundel High school for my freshman year and swam on their Mens Varsity Swim Team. After the redistricting of Anne Arundel County, I continued my high school career at Crofton High School. While I’m here at Crofton High School, I’m a part of the Athletic Leadership Council (ALC), we help run the school’s athletic events while partaking in events that benefit the student body and represent our school in the community. Also, I swim on our schools Mens Varsity Swim Team.

I have been swimming for 7 years (competitively) and I began to learn how to swim when I was 2 years old. I swim at Belair Swim and Raquet (BSR) during the summer and Fairland Aquatic Swim Team (FAST) year round. At BSR, I’m a lifeguard and help out with the kids swim lessons for our junior swim team.
