Hello. I am John Caruso. I am 15-years-old, a rising Sophomore in high school, and I am highly interested to swim at the collegiate level. 2025 has been an exciting swim year. I swim breaststroke and my main event is: 100 breaststroke (SCY) going at 1:02.18 in the A Finals (2nd Place: Point scorer) in the March 2025 Middle-Atlantic Silver Championship Meet, making a Senior Middle-Atlantic SCY Championship Meet cut. My 50 breaststroke (SCY) split at March 2025 Middle-Atlantic Silver Championship Meet: 29.29. In addition, my 200 breaststroke (SCY): 2:22.42 qualified me to swim in the A Finals which I was a Point scorer for my team at the March 2025 Middle-Atlantic Silver Championship Meet Finals. I am strictly committed to go a 59.99 SCY in the 100 Breaststroke which is my current goal. I greatly enjoyed the 2025 SCY Short Course swim season. In addition, during my Freshman year in high school, I was selected for the Varsity Boys Swim Team at Haddonfield Memorial High School and we swam at the New Jersey State Finals Championship Meet, which the Haddonfield Memorial High School Boys Swim Team won: At the State Finals Championship meet, I was a Point scorer helping my team win the New Jersey State Championship: I swam the Individual 100 (SCY) Breaststroke: 3rd Place and Breaststroke in the 200 (SCY) Medley Relay which helped secure a 2nd Place relay win. I look forward to continue to swim during my high school years and at the collegiate level, swimming breaststroke, enjoying freestyle swimming and all relays.
