Hello Coaches! My name is Abelardo Cartagena III. 

I am a Junior at Paramus High School. I have been swimming for 5 years and I hope to make the most of the rest of the time I get.  As a swimmer that started late I want to show everyone that where and when you start doesn't matter it only matters how you finish. I can bring a great attitude to the team and as well as a great mindset. A comfortable environment allows students and athletes to grow without worry so I try to bring that to the team and classroom.
