Jeffrey Poland '18 Recruiting Profile

Well, hello college coaches. I want to first off thank you for looking at my profile, it is a true honor. My name is Jeff Poland and I am an academic athlete. I have been swimming since I was eight years old and have loved it every day since then. I started at a little club called the Atlantic Club and now I am on the team CJAC (Central Jersey Aquatic Club). I am a hard worker in the pool and out. I go to the gym three days a week before school and swim six days a week. I am also a full time student and work hard studying to get all A's and B's. I have been swimming for more than half my life and I can not imagine my life without it. I have made so many great friends and if you allow me to join your team I will bring a lot of competitiveness towards the other swimmers and we will all work hard together. As much as it is great to make an individual best time it is even better when a friend gets a best time and you, your friend, and your team can celebrate together. I would love to join your college swim team and make great new teammates, friends, get faster, and just become an all around better person.
