I believe I would contribute my leadership, hard work, and perseverance to a college team. My aspirations for college are to continue to create a positive and healthy environment for my team by encouraging everyone to work hard, including myself. I have been team captain on my high school team for two years, and I will continue to work hard to make the team the best it can be. I differ from other swimmers around me because of my devotion and drive. I don’t see failure as a roadblock, instead I use it as a motivator.
