Training

  • Club trainings six days per week including two days with two practices each.
  • 8 years
  • Weekly club practice is six days per week. Two days per week there is a one and one half hour morning practice and a two and one half hour afternoon practice. The remaining four days per week consist of two and one-half hours of practice including pool time and dry land. During the high school season, the seventh day is a one and one half hour practice with the high school team.
