My name is Colin Wang. I am a swimmer and a part of the Class of 2019 at Lorne Park Secondary School in Mississauga, Canada.
Swimming has been a part of my life since I was six. Throughout the years, I specialized in many different strokes. I am currently a sprint freestyler - well, a freestyler, flyer, and “IMer” if I want to impress someone. My most memorable accomplishment was when I swam a personal best of 24.18 seconds and won the gold medal at the 2017 Canadian Junior Championships in the 16 and under 50 long course meters freestyle at the age of 15.
My ACT score is 33 (35 English, 34 Reading, 33 Mathematics, 32 Science). About a quarter through my third year of high school, my GPA stands at around 3.7 - 3.8 on an unweighted scale. I strive to be both academically and athletically successful.
