Personal Statement

Ray Merry Inspirational Award, 2024 Recipient

Given to the Multnomah Athletic Club swimmer who brings positivity, encouragement, and leadership to the team just like the award's namesake, Ray Merry.

I’m very excited to announce that I will be studying and swimming next year at Macalester College. I want to thank Coaches Kyllian and Wilson for helping me make this decision, and everyone at Macalester for being so incredibly welcoming. I also want to thank my parents, coaches, and teammates for making me who I am today. GO SCOTS!!!
