Personal Statement

At age 10, I joined my club swim team. I enjoy the regimental workouts and the ability to compete both as an individual and as a member of a team. Through swimming I have discovered my competitive nature and need to push my limits in training. Through the sport of swimming I have learned how to cope with adversity and balance academic activities with training requirements. I am a firm believer in servant leadership and civil responsibility. I hope to swim for a program that strives to hold its student athletes accountable and one that promotes a positive learning experience both athletically and academically.

2017 Rockwall Aquatics Center of Excellence TX (Silver Medal rating with USA Swimming)
Age 15, moved up to Senior Racer group. Qualified and competed in the long course NCSA Swimming Championships in Indiana. Backstroke and Freestyle have become strongest strokes. Received most improved male swimmer for the season.
2016 Rockwall Aquatics Center of Excellence TX (Silver Medal rating with USA Swimming)
Age 14, member of Racer 1. Qualified for Texas Age Group Swimming both long and short course seasons. Was selected as a member of the North Texas Zones Team which competed in North Carolina for long course season. I was chosen for having the highest IMX score with my club in my age group.
2015 Rockwall Aquatics Center of Excellence TX (Bronze Medal rating with USA Swimming)
Age 13, moved up to Racer 1 group. Qualified for Texas Age Group Swimming both long and short course. Butterfly and Freestyle became strongest strokes
2014 Rockwall Aquatics Center of Excellence TX (Silver Medal rating with USA Swimming)
Age 12 moved up to Jr. Racer. Qualified for Texas Age Group Swimming as a member of the men's relay teams for long course season. Freestyle became main stroke.
2013 Rockwall Aquatics Center of Excellence TX (Bronze Medal rating with USA Swimming)
At age 11, moved up to Gold Medal Group. Freestyle became dominate stroke.

Began swimming at age 10 in the White Ribbon Group. Most dominant stroke was breast stroke.
