Every morning I wake up and strive for personal excellence in my academics and swimming.  Swimming is near and dear to my heart and I have been swimming since I was 5 years old.  I strongly aspire to swim competitively for my college team in the near future and I am ready to do whatever it takes to achieve my ambition of being a respected college swimmer one day.  Swimming enables me to maintain a healthy body and mind and successfully take on the rigors of life.
