Danny O'Malley '24 Recruiting Profile

Im a junior at monona grove highschool. Swimming all started for me watching my older sister Mary O'Malley swim and compete and so at the age of eight years old i joined the community swim team at the monona pool, and after that I just kept going with it and ended up joing Badger Aquatics which I still swim with them today. I always loved swimming and the compeditive and team aspect espcially the relationship that i have with my highschool teamates makes it very enjoyable. My best events are the 100 free my time is a 52.22, the 200 free my time is a 156.66 and the 100 back with a 101.65, and I can also swim the  200 IM with a 2.20, and the 500 freestyle with a 5.30. Im very excited to explore swimming at a colegite level and see what it has to offer.
