Joshua Cooksey '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a Senior at Louisville Male High School, and I am interested in studying Mechanical Engineering in college. I want to play tennis in college, and be able to make a difference on the team. I have skills both on and off the court. I have a 4.4 GPA, and I am involved in numerous organizations at my school. Most of these organizations are leadership based, and I believe I could bring these skills to a college tennis team. I have served as captain of my high school team since my sophomore year, which has helped me learn many valuable lessons. These lessons and skills are valuable resources for any team. I also have skills on the court as well. I have trained at the Louisville Tennis Center with Pete McGrath for several years, and I have lead Male at the 1 spot since my sophomore year.
