Hello my name is Carson Weigle and I would love the opportunity to play college tennis whether it be D1 or D2. Some reasons as to why I would fit at a college program is the fact that I am a responsible person and I possess great leadership qualities. During my time at college and hopefully on said team I would play every match like its my last and go all out not only for myself but for everyone else on the team. Just a few reasons why I would make a great candidate for college teams.
Secondly during my time in college on the team I think the I would be able to succeed academically, athletically, and characteristics. I could make an impact academically because not only do I work hard on the courts or in the gym but I work hard in the classes trying my best to maintain and get good grades. On the tennis courts and in the gym I would make a great candidate because I tend to bring people up with me if they may be down and I work my tail off now and it has shown what I can become. And finally I show great work ethic and wanting to improve and I have been known to be coachable unlike some players who think they are better than the coach.
Finally I would like to discuss goals of mine and things that I have accomplished over the short 2 years I have been playing as well as possible locations of schools that I would consider attending. I have only been playing tennis seriously for 2 years and compared to most of my friends and people I've played, they have been playing for a long time. some have 10 UTR's and I am able to compete with them and rally with them. I attended IMG Academy for a week and was complimented by the head of both women's and mens tennis. Some goals of mine are to win all levels of tournaments including level 1's and hopefully play kalamazoo and clays as well as play college ball. Preferred locations are mainly the east coast whether it be Fl,SC,NC,PA,TX and many more.
Thanks!!!
