Matt Price '16 Recruiting Profile

I enjoy the mental, physical and discipline aspects of tennis and have a love for the game. I enjoy both singles and doubles, and am a good all-around player. As a teammate, I strive to keep the team morale high and supportive. Being number 1 at my high school since sophomore year has been fun, but I seek out challenges and proactively contact my competitors at other schools. 

Tennis presents some unique opportunities; I can adapt my game and strategy to match a particular opponent's weakness. I'm mentally tough and very easy to coach.

Education is a high priority for me, and I enjoy learning and challenging myself. I'm fairly balanced in academics, and take advanced placement courses, hoping that I can earn college credit. 

I've been working since this past summer, balancing school, work, and tennis.
