My name is Ian Wubbena, and I’m an athlete. I’m a junior at Stockdale High School, where I play varsity tennis. In 2017-18, I made it to the Texas Tennis State Championship my freshman year. I will graduate in 2021. My goal is to play tennis at the collegiate level. The purpose of this website is to showcase my talents and abilities toward achieving this goal. However, I am also dedicated to my academics. I believe both my dedication to the sport and my dedication to academics make me an exceptional student-athlete. I believe my toughest competition is myself, and I am always seeking ways to improve as a student-athlete. Each day I work hard for the opportunity to play tennis at the collegiate level.
