Andrew Scarborough '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Andrew, but I mostly go by Drew.  My cross country coach was also my elementary PE teacher who turned me onto running.  In my 5th-grade year, I made the top 10 in our district for the mile run and I've been running ever since.  I've really enjoyed being part of a team.  This year our coach made me co-captain of the boy's XC team.  It's an honor to be one of the captains and I hope to be a mentor to the younger runners on the team that are just getting started.

My goal is to work really hard in the classroom and with running so I will be able to run in college while getting the best education. I plan to major in Psychology to help others, which is something I have been passionate about for the past couple of years.
