My collegiate goals are to compete at the highest level possible, as well as to further my education by getting a college degree. Another aspiration I have is to be apart of a program that will not only improve my athletic side, but to also be on a team with other athletes who share the same dream to compete at a high level of track. I think what makes me a good candidate for team would be that I bring a lot to the table, being a sprinter that can run anywhere from a 60 to a 400.
My work ethic, determination, and passion to become the best that I can makes me an asset to the team. When sports had to shut down due to COVID, I've found various ways to make sure that I was still training as I wanted to continue to improve. Another character trait is that I'm a team player. Along with track, I have played AAA baseball for six years. Although this year I decided to take a step back from competitive baseball so that I can pursue track and field fulltime. However, I still make time to be an assistant coach the 13U AA team. The difference in my athletics is my ability to run in any sprinting event my coach puts me in, whether that be a 60m, 400m, or any relay team.
Academically I have a 3.5 GPA. I take my education seriously and hope to continue that in college.
