2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I want to run in college because I want to continue improving on my running career, and to continue to be apart of a team. Running has been such a fundamental part of my life, and I want to continue this for the next 4 years of my life. I feel I am a good addition to any team because I am always positive and I am a great leader for all members of the team, older and younger. I always work to improve, even when faced with adversity. I feel I am a bit different from my teammates, because I prioritize sports and academics equally, and I know when each is more important and fluctuate accordingly.
