Kyle Nelson '25 Recruiting Profile

I'm a three-sport starting varsity student-athlete at Timnath Middle High School in Timnath, Colorado. I've grown a lot as an athlete at Timnath and tried new sports including track & field, and football. By taking on the challenges of new sports, I've had to train harder and especially listen & learn from my coaches. On my teams, I've started to take leadership roles and even a captain role on the basketball team. Growing in my leadership has helped me learn how to be a better teammate and to have a growth mindset each day. In the classroom, I have a 4.14 weighted GPA from taking multiple AP & college-level classes each year. I received a CHAMP Character award, have been CHSAA Academic All-State 3 times, and Academic Honor Roll each semester. My goals are to continue my growth in leadership and character through college while being able to compete and get faster times each year.
