Shea Cahill '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Shea Cahill and I am a distance runner and scholar athlete from Mystic, CT. Attending Fitch High School, running came into my life when I was a freshman and didn't make the school basketball team and decided to run indoor track instead as a hurdler. I switched to distance my sophomore year when I ran cross country and have not looked back. While I have always played team sports, I am newer to competitive running and have yet to reach my potential. I am a motivated, disciplined, health oriented and a team and community minded scholar athlete with hopes to continue my academic studies and athletics after high school. Training, competing and contributing to all aspects of being a member of athletic teams has been a very significant part of my life and to have the opportunity to continue in college would be amazing.
