Al-Malik Williams '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Al-Malik Williams and I am a competitive athlete with an ambitious academic side.  I have a serious interest in mathematics and engineering, and enjoy learning new languages.  I am a receptive and fast learner.

As an athlete, I run Track & Field, specializing in hurdles and long jump.  Similar to how I operate academically, I spend a lot of time analyzing my own performance so I can develop techniques to increase my speed. I have been accepted into and competed in the National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships.  I am a member of the Central Connecticut Jaguars Track & Field Club, and train with the Bloomfield High School track and field teams on my own time. I wish to compete for the college
