My name is Christian Cort and I'm a senior at East Ridge High School in Clermont, FL.

My parents would say I've been running all my life because as a child I ran every where I went. The event I train the hardest in is the 400m dash.

It's 90% sprint and 10% mental; the 10% is where PR's and scholarships are achieved.

I love to learn and always want to become better. I'm very coachable and I have a grateful heart.

I'm always respectful of others and the and the differences that make us unique.

My passion is helping people toward being their best. That's why I want to pursue physical therapy as my undergrad and eventually my doctorate or MD in Sports Medicine.
