My name is Seth Massie, I graduated from Gulf Breeze H.S. (Gulf Breeze, FL) in 2021.  I was the only athlete to qualify and then placed in 3 events in the Florida 3A State Track and Field Championships my senior year.  My school and teammates honored me with the “Hercules Award” - Male Track & Field Athlete MVP. I started at Receiver and Cornerback/Safety for two years and was selected to start in The Subway All-Star Football Game my senior year. My specialties are Pole Vault, High Jump, Long Jump and Javelin. I am interested in becoming a decathlete.

After high school and following the COVID disruptions to recruiting, I took a year off school to assist my family and very ill mother. Last Fall, I began my collegiate career at Southern Virginia University where I earned the starting Free Safety position and excelled on special teams. Unfortunately, my experience at SVU was disappointing. When my mother’s illness became life threatening, I did what a responsible son should do and returned home to help my parents and siblings, foregoing what promised to be a record-setting track and field season. Mom’s much better now and I’m ready to begin the next chapter in my experience as a collegiate student athlete.

Since I’ve been home, I have continued to build muscle mass, strength, and speed. While starting two small businesses, I trained daily and worked with former coaches and IMG academy. I’m in the best shape of my life.

I'm looking for a DI or DII school with a Business Management program and a strong Track & Field team to join in 2024.
