Did 30-35 miles per week most weeks, hit 40 some too.
Sophomore year

Hit around 45 miles per week summer before, peaked at 50 miles per week for about a month. Down to 40-45 for most of the xc season, tapered between 25-35 miles for state and NXR. I got injured for the first month of track base training with turf toe so my training consisted of bike workouts and long rides (40-50 miles), some pool running, and some elliptical. After getting healthy again I began to run 40 miles per week about 3 months. This was interrupted for a week when I had the flu and missed 4 days and then got sick again the next week and missed 3 days.
