Brian Armstrong '18 Recruiting Profile

My Major goal in college is to reach the pinnacle of my performance, I want to break 50 feet in Triple Jump and try to break 21 seconds for the 200M dash.  I love competition and the competitive atmosphere where I know nobody will be holding back in a race. I am a good candidate because I am willing to do whatever event is needed from me to win, I can compete from open events to relays as well.  What makes me different from recruits is that I am always looking to see how I can improve when competing on and off the field. May it be fixing my form in the middle of competing, or just working on drills to make sure I have a faster turnover in a race. In athletics I am different because I can do a wide variety of events that is typically broader than a few others, and in academics I am always striving to achieve better grades because a great education will give me the best opportunities in life.
