October 2018 Personal Statement
I began playing softball when I was 5 years old, and ever since then, I have always wanted to play the best I can, and for as long as I can. It has always been a goal of mine to play in college and to gain an excellent education as well. I have always been a hardworking and dedicated person and have always tried my best in everything I do. My parents have raised me to become a strong, successful, and overall team player.
Academics
I recently finished my freshman year of high school at Naperville Central in Naperville, IL. By focusing on my grades, I earned a 4.0 GPA my second semester and worked hard towards my 3.85 total GPA. My parents always stressed school before all else. I want to major in Biology and either become a Physical Therapist or Physician’s Assistant.
Athletics
During my freshman year, I made the varsity team and was the starting OF/1B. I play club ball with the Bulls/Sox Academy. Some highlights are below:
- All-Conference – Honorable mention (Freshman year)
