Hello, my name is Zack Bosi I am currently a junior at Hall Highschool. I initially got interested in Track and Field in 4th grade when my father started coaching for a local grade school. I would often go to his practices and try and be involved as much as I could without getting in the way. While I found the running fun, my main interest became jumping and I've been working on it ever since. Originally I favored the long jump; however, in my freshman year my coach placed me in the triple jump, and over my first season doing it I gained around 8 feet reaching 39'2" by the end of the year. During the offseason, I tried to keep up my training and workout as much as I could so to continue to grow in the event. During my sophomore season, I only got to have one indoor meet before our season was canceled due to quarantine. During that meet, I showed improvement on my long jump and won the triple jump, but since I didn't really have a full sophomore season it's hard to place how much I've improved since freshman year. Since then I still go to the track pretty often to work on my jumps and I workout daily so as to build up more muscle. Outside of Track, I have always been a good student keeping an above 4.0 GPA and being within the top 5 students of my class academically. Aside from track I have also been involved with soccer, cross country, drama, scholastic bowl, basketball, creative writing club, and GSA club at various points throughout my time in high school. I have an interest in the social sciences, and potentially going to law school after college. All in all, I try my best to be hardworking and to develop a variety of interests and talents.
