Andrew Hepner '23 Recruiting Profile

For my collegiate career, I look forward to committing myself to improving and further developing my running skills as well as my academics through a financial lens. I am a very coachable athlete that will attentively listen to any suggestions given to help me reach my goals. I will be an individual who greatly contributes both to the team’s success and overall culture. I will bring a positive and open mind each and every day so that it may spread to others and create a better environment for everyone. I am different from other recruits because I set high goals for myself, and I work extremely hard to smash through them. I am not afraid of the temporary pain and suffering that may come with the process towards hitting those goals, and will stay immensely focused on and devoted to reaching the high goals that I set for myself. I will persevere through any setbacks that I may encounter along the way and trust in the process of each day. If I set my mind to it, nothing can break my focus towards my aspirations.
