Ryan North '24 Recruiting Profile

Staff Members and Coaches, my name is Ryan North and I am a multi-sport athlete from Carroll, Iowa. Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I take pride in my hard-working attitude that I have acquired from years of challenges and success. My favorite pastimes are running and baseball. I competed at the varsity level in Track and Cross Country since I was a freshman, and held the second highest batting average and fielding percentage on our varsity baseball team as a sophomore.  My hard work also translates over to the classroom. I have a 3.9 GPA and I take studying and completing assignments very seriously. I aspire to be a student-athlete at the collegiate level. I would like to compete at the highest level possible, as I strive to find the best college for me athletically and academically. I want to continue inspiring others around me, competitors, teammates, and peers alike. Lastly, as a result of me graduating at the age of 17, I will continue to mature physically and mentally throughout the last years of my high school career, and throughout college.  Thank you for taking the time to read my personal statement.
