Jack Solovey '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jack Solovey and I am an aspiring collegiate Cross Country runner. I currently attend St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, MD. I am a couple months into my first XC season and with many meets in the near future, I will be striving to achieve a new PR. I am very excited to hear from collegiate coaches and recruiters about a collegiate running experience. I highly value academics as well as athletics and have achieved High Academic and High Effort Honor Roll in every trimester of my High School journey. I participate in numerous clubs and outside of school curricular activities and believe I would be a contributing member to my team and my university. Although my times are a little high as of this moment, I have dropped my times tremendously since I began training in June and I can assure that I will continue to drop my times tremendously throughout the season. Having run 300 miles over the Summer, I am ready to bring my committed and hard-working mindset and work ethic to the collegiate level. Additionally, I have competed in numerous road races where I am currently ranked 1st Place in the U-19 division and truly enjoy competing against myself and others.
