Daryon Jackson '18 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coach,

My name is Daryon Jackson. Some call me DJ but I also prefer to be called by my middle name, Kreshuan. My collegiate goals include majoring in Business and becoming an Entreprenure working very closely with athletics. My goals as an Entrepreneur include designing athletic apparel and equipment and potentially coaching high school sports. I"m very passionate about sports. I began playing football at the age of 6 and later realized I also had an interest in track and field. I believe I would be a good candidate for your team because I'm hardworking and determined to succeed. I believe that playing sports at a young age prepared. me for remaining calm under pressure and taught me to be extremely self motivated. Athletically, I've worked really hard on my technique and have become more explosive from the start of my race. Academically, I have passed all of my high school courses and have been able to manage my studies, practice and community service. I also did well on the Science and Reading sections of the ACT.
