2023 Highlights Personal Statement
As a student-athlete, my main goals are to become the best student first and then the best athlete I can become. I have been progressively getting better by an average of 1.5 ft a year and this last year i went from 10'6 to 13'0. my goal for my junior year is be beat the school record which sits at 13'6 1/2 and my end season goal is to place top 3 at state with a vault around 14'5ft to 15ft.

- speed,technique,lifting

- lots of basic and fundamental work to increase speed which helps to get more power into the legs for takeoff.The technique comes in handy as soon as you take off so you know when to swing and start going inverted.Lifting helps by increasing my vertical jump and strengh to keep my bottom arm fully extended through the vault.
