Personal Statement

My goal in college is to major in psychology and run collegiately. I have seen many people in my life be affected negatively by mental health and I want to the knowledge I can gain from the resources in college to understand and help people. I love cross country and track and the camaraderie that comes with it and I want to take the experience with me further into my life. I want to continue to have teammates that will push me to do my best and cheer my on and vice versa. Ever since I started running in 6th grade this sport has helped mold me into the man I am becoming today and I want to use it now to further my education beyond highschool and form bonds with teammates that will take me to a higher level.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
