One thing that I think makes me a good candidate for you team is I believe a great team must have great leaders, and I think I can provide that aspect. Another thing that makes a great leader and a great athlete is their resilience and handwork which is traits I think I possess. And when it comes to my personal goals regarding track, I think that my main goal is to be constantly improving and looking towards the future. I don't have to be the best on the team, although I will try to be, but I want to be the one who leave the biggest impact along the way.
