My name is Thomas Wlazlowski. I am committed and driven to being the best athlete and person I can be. Some qualities I value are leadership, accountability, and being coachable. One thing that sets me apart from everyone else is my work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to help the team.
In my sophomore year, I decided to give cross country and track a try to improve my fitness for hockey and baseball. Starting later than most successful track athletes, I quickly fell in love with the sport and my teammates who I learned from and competed with daily. I feel as if I have not unlocked my potential yet being one of the youngest students in my grade and starting the sport so late. I have huge personal and team goals for my senior season and I am working on them daily to ensure I can leave a lasting impact on and off the track.
I take a lot of pride in being a 3 sport student-athlete. I play hockey and baseball, along with running cross country/track all while maintaining a 4.42 weighted GPA and keeping straight a's throughout high school. I also participate in National Honor Society at my school, which is based on scholarship, service, leadership, and character. My goal is to continue competing at the highest level possible while finding a school that fits best for me.
