I have been running distance and middle distance in cross country and track since 7th grade. However, sophomore year I suffered a partial tear of my Achilles tendon just before track season started. I was cleared to compete only for the last month of the season. With only one month of training, I improved weekly, and ran my 800 personal record of 2:09.19.

Are you in honor classes?

Yes. In 8th grade, I took high school algebra and biology, and from then on I have been in "accelerated" English and math courses.

Are you in AP/IB classes?

Yes. During my sophomore year of high school, I began taking College Credit Plus courses through OSU Mansfield. Junior year I transitioned to being in college classes full time, with the exception of an online financial literacy class that is required for graduation. I have completed 6 college courses and maintained my unweighted 4.0 GPA throughout.
